I like to use a colour highlight ✨top tip - highlight before pen to avoid smudges. ✨ Step 2: Add in any daily priorities (for me it’s gym sessions) I like to use the index dots for these. ✨ Step 3: highlight important dates/appointments with page flags and sticky notes (sharpie works best on these papers) ✨ Step 4: Schedule moments for rest and things you enjoy. Planning isn’t about filling every page, it’s about creating a month that feels balanced, intentional and realistic.
