DELIVERY

Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day Monday – Friday.

All items are packaged in recyclable paper and biodegradable postage bag, please help us to reduce waste by recycling your packaging.

Here are the available UK delivery options for planners :

Royal Mail 1st class signed UK Delivery

Using our 1st class Delivery, your order should be with you in one (1) to three (3) working days (excludes Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays)

1st class signed for delivery is £6.60

Royal Mail 2nd class signed UK Delivery

Using our 2nd class Delivery, your order should be with you in three (3) to five (5) working days (excludes Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays).

2nd class signed for delivery is £4.00

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Damaged goods on return will not be refunded.
