A few weeks ago I asked for matcha recommendations A few weeks ago I asked for matcha recommendations… and now I’m here wondering if I’m a matcha girl?? 😅

Honestly… I don’t know yet.

It tastes good. But would I swap it for my morning coffee? Absolutely not.

That said, I am curious about the benefits, so I’m giving it a proper month to see if it actually makes a difference.

So far:🍵 I’ve been loving @moyamatcha Moyà Matcha (100% organic + no nasties)
I’ve been adding half a scoop of vanilla protein, makes it slightly sweet + adds 12g protein.

I’ve also tried the @feelreformed vanilla matcha, which does the job and has added extras like lion’s mane + collagen.

Matcha is everywhere right now… so consider this me being influenced 👀I’ll report back at the end of the month with an honest verdict.

Drinking more water.
Taking five minutes to write things down.
Creating little routines that make the day feel calmer.

It’s not about doing everything…

just doing a few things that actually help ✨

My go to is this simple hack, sliced frozen lemons in the freezer so I can quickly add to my morning cup.
