Here’s a peek at my recent reads, think suspense, secrets, and just the right dash of spice.
Sometimes I reach for cosy and calm, but lately I’ve been all about gripping plots and page-turners that pull me right out of the scroll.

Current Read : Older by Jennifer Hartmann - this is my favourite author at the moment, if suspense and spice is your thing you will not be disappointed. This book is about an age gap/forbidden romance, it’s been on my TBR for a while and I’ve seen so many good reviews!

Last read : Cages Bird by Elle Thorpe - I’ve worked my way through the whole Saint View series by Elle Thorpe and every book has been filled with suspense and spice! I love how all the characters interact within the series and the storylines link up, it’s cleverly woven and they are such easy reads as you get pulled into the world the author creates.

ARC read : The Big Fix by Holly James. This I picked up purely because I loved the front cover. It’s a murder mystery with a bit of romance. It would make the perfect pool-side read this summer.
